This journey allows you to send a personalized, targeted follow up email to contacts that click a specific link in an email. This is perfect for situations where you want a follow up email to be more personalized based on what a lead or customer is most interested in. For example, in this journey leads who visit your pricing page are sent a personalized email from a sales person with more information regarding pricing.
On the List Trigger, select the contact list you'd like to email. You could also use a different trigger if you wish. Configure your initial and follow up emails. Ensure that the follow up email includes custom content based on the call to action. Finally, on the Has Visited Page condition, enter the URL of the link you wish to target. Each independent link in your email, if clicked, will send the contact down the "On Click" path. The Has Visited Page condition will then check if they have visited the link you entered. Note that there's no need to have the tracking code on a page for this to work. When a contact clicks through to a web page from an email link it is counted as a page visit.
