About this template
This journey is designed to target all trial users of your product during a 30 day period with relevant communications everyone needs to receive. It's not designed to: - nudge users to take certain actions or behaviors; or - assign sales leads and schedule appointments. That doesn't mean you can't or shouldn't do these things, but as a best practice I like to separate them into 3 journeys: "Welcome", "Activation" and "Sales Communications". Each serves a different purpose and goal of your automated onboarding system. This journey is specifically designed for mission critical communications at key stages of the trial.
