Reward donation milestones

Reward your contacts when they hit a donation milestone.

About this template

This journey shows you how you can reward donors who have contributed a certain amount of money to your cause. As soon as they donate, a Headsup message will appear, thanking them for their donation and letting them know they’ll receive a gift for their loyalty. If the donor’s postal address isn’t on file, a follow-up email will be sent with a form to confirm their address. Once their details are up to date, a task is added on Salesforce to remind your team to post the gift. Finally, an SMS is sent to the donor, letting them know their gift is on the way.
