Affiliate Program Rules
Affiliates will be entitled to a 30% recurring commission on realized revenue from new accounts that identify the Affiliate as the referrer.
Affiliates will be given a unique Partner ID and Partner URL. When a new user signs up to a free trial from an Affiliate’s Partner URL, that Affiliate will be recognized as the referrer. If that referred trialist becomes a referred paying customer within 60 days of commencing the Autopilot trial, the Affiliate will be entitled to the commission. Alternatively, if a new user enters an Affiliate’s Partner ID when signing up for a new Autopilot account, that Affiliate will be recognized as the referrer.
For monthly subscriptions, the commission is paid to the Affiliate at the end of each month based on the total amount of realized revenue derived from the Affiliate’s referred customers during that month.
For annual subscriptions, the commission is paid at the end of the month in which the annual fee is paid by the customer.
For monthly with an annual commitment, the commission is paid at the end of the month in which the first month’s fee is paid by the customer.
There are no minimum number of customers, or minimum revenue requirements to be an Affiliate.
If a customer upgrades or downgrades their plan, the commission will be paid on the new total realized revenue amount going forward from the date of such upgrade or downgrade.
In the event Autopilot refunds a customer any revenue for which a commission has been paid, the commission portion of that revenue will be a credit owed by the Affiliate to Autopilot.
Autopilot may, in its discretion, cancel an Affiliate’s Partner ID and URL and their commission payments, including if it believes that Affiliate or a referred customer is in breach of any of the rules of the Affiliate program, the Affiliate Program Agreement, any policy of Autopilot that may exist from time to time, or if Autopilot is required to refund subscription fees paid by an Affiliate referral.
