Optimize your email sends with this simple step
Know thy contact’s schedule
Are you seeing poor engagement rates on your email sends? You know your content is interesting, but maybe you’re not messaging your contacts at the best time. Our friends over at CoSchedule put together this handy article that takes a look at the optimal times for sending email content. To put this into action, we’ve created this Success with Autopilot template that allows you to test these times for yourself.
This time of day optimization journey allows you to test what time of day is best for sending out your content, by using A/B split shapes and specific delays. Using a seed list from our actual list is the best way to ensure that you’ll get the best engagement rates for the majority of your contacts. If you want to get really specific, you can also test what day of the week is the best for open rates, just by changing the delay configuration to send on a particular day.
Optimize all your communications
After all of our emails have been sent out, you can analyse the reports to determine the winning time frame, and send all the remaining contacts your content at this time. We recommend waiting 48 hours to understand which time frame has the best engagement rates. Once you know the best time to send your emails out, you can configure it in any journey!
