Autopilot currently has customers that I referred to in the past. Am I entitled to commission on those customers?
No. Commission is only paid on new customers introduced to Autopilot since the beginning of the Affiliate Program.
I am an agency that has previously onboarded, and continues to manage, customers in Autopilot. Am I entitled to a commission on those customers?
The commission is only paid for the realized revenue of new Autopilot customers to Autopilot introduced since the beginning of the Affiliate Program. Any questions regarding this can be directed to affiliates@autopilothq.com.
I referred someone to Autopilot but they don’t appear on my Partner dashboard. Is this an error?
You can claim missing subscriptions by following the link in the My Commission page of your Partner dashboard.
I gave my Partner ID to a referral that already had a trial account. Will I be entitled to commission?
No. Where a trialist is already part of the Autopilot sales pipeline, you will not be entitled to a commission on that referral.
I am not a marketing agency, but I want to promote Autopilot on a blog and refer people through my Partner URL. Will I be entitled to a commission on new customers?
