Lead Scoring integration
Autopilot makes it easier than ever to score your leads. It's all visual and easy to setup, so everyone on your team can get involved. On top of this, you can use the Change Score action to increase or decrease any number field. This means you can go beyond lead scoring and score other things that matter to your team such as product usage, email interactions (e.g. number of opens) and more.
Timers and delays make it easy to send the right message at the right time. For example, you can use delays to create a drip email sequence with each follow up email sent one day apart. Delays can also be used to wait until a particular time and day, for example you might only want to send emails on business days between 9am and 5pm.
Survey Monkey integration
SurveyMonkey is the world's leading online survey platform, but it is complicated and expensive.
Autopilot has the ability to create "Capture forms" which can act as surveys. You can then send those responses to yourself via Slack, SMS, and analyse the responses in ledger form, reports, and advanced graphs.
Autopilot also allows you to have automated survey follow ups and segment your customers into audiences based on their survey response.
